Yoga workshop (Dusk til Dark 2026)
Take a moment to pause, stretch and breathe beneath Wave, the mesmerising light and sound installation.
This free outdoor yoga session led by Leslie Kelly from Believe in Wellbeing is suitable for all abilities. It offers a chance to connect with the art installation in a unique way during the early evening setting. Whether you’re a regular yogi or trying yoga for the first time, Leslie will guide you through a gentle and accessible session designed to help you unwind.
What to expect:
- A relaxed, outdoor yoga session beneath the Wave installation
- Expert guidance from experienced yoga teacher, Leslie Kelly
- A session suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike
- A unique opportunity to experience the artwork in a calm and mindful way
What to bring:
- A yoga mat and additional padding – as the session takes place on the bridge surface, participants should bring a yoga mat and additional padding, such as a blanket or towel, for extra comfort
- Layers of clothing – please dress for the weather and wear layers as it may begin to get cooler in the evening. If it’s raining and it’s safe to proceed, the event will still go ahead
- Water bottle – bring a drink with you to stay hydrated
Please note:
- Leslie will offer a range of approaches to each pose, but participants take part at their own risk and should manage injuries accordingly
- Yoga mats will not be provided, so please bring your own mat, picnic blanket or towel
- All abilities and levels of experience are welcome
- Families are welcome to attend together
