River of Hope gives young people the amazing opportunity to engage in a river visit and create artworks under the guidance of inspirational professional artists.
Working with these artists to increase opportunities for ethnically diverse young people to be able to see themselves on stage, relate to and feel an increased sense of belonging whilst taking part in performing arts activities.
From May to October 2025 the National Landscapes Association and Creative Executive Producers Activate Performing Arts, presented a new and exciting programme of art commissions, made by writers and artists of all disciplines, engaging new audiences across some of our unique National Landscapes.

The FLAVOURS project offers new opportunities for people to get a taste of Dorset’s outstanding landscape.
A national project led by Kinetika, who worked with commissioned artists and regional partners, whose works emerged from deep engagement with local communities, translating coastal climate concerns into powerful artworks. The finale event took place in Weymouth and was produced by Activate.
Sense of Unity is a flexible 40 to 60-minute dusk or night-time parade show bringing together two of Europe’s most in-demand outdoor arts companies: southern Germany’s Dundu and the north of England’s Worldbeaters.
