We are recruiting for:
- Creative Support Workers
Supporting young people to take part in active sessions, encouraging participation and helping them express their ideas.
Providing emotional support, helping young people feel safe, welcomed and confident.
Taking care of the children and young people’s welfare needs.
Working with the existing care team.

💡 About Remix
The Remix is an inclusive youth performance company open to young people age 12-17, both disabled and non-disabled, from across Dorset. The Premix is a similar group set up for 5-11 year olds. More recently, we have established a new group called The Originals for young adults aged 18 +.The Remix members include young people with physical and sensory impairments, young people who are learning disabled and non-disabled young people, all with a love of performance and the willingness to stretch themselves and have fun.
We celebrate individuality, creativity and confidence.
We’re looking for people who are experienced in
- Youth Work
- SEN support
- Creative arts or community settings
Other required attributes are people who are:
- Positive, energetic and reliable
- Passionate about working with young people
- Inclusive in their approach, with sensitivity to diverse needs
- Good communicators and team players
- Creative problem‑solvers who can adapt within sessions
📅 Time and Diary Commitment
Sessions take place on Sundays twice a month and during school holidays. Employment is on a casual basis and you don’t need to be available for every session. However availability for our Easter holiday workshop sessions ( 7th , 8th and 9th April ) is preferred.
📍 Location
The Remix meet in venues in the East and West of the County. Our current locations are St Osmunds Sports Centre in Dorchester and the Reef Youth Club in Colehill, Wimborne. We also hold Easter and Summer workshops at Coastland College in Weymouth. Car sharing is available for those unable to drive.
💼 Pay
Competitive hourly rate depending on role and experience: £12.50 per hour + holiday pay and travel allowance.

We are recruiting for an experienced arts Producer to lead on Outdoor Arts, Festivals and Touring. Working as part of our Producing team, you’ll be our lead Producer for our international outdoor festival: Inside Out Dorset and our other outdoor events. You will have a key role with our core team on talent development and artist support, including being the lead producer for our touring work.

CREATE! 2026 is a FREE course being delivered in Spring 2026 for those who are based in Dorset and BCP (Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole) with less than 2 years experience in the arts sector. You will learn how artistic events are created from start to finish and take part in workshops led by experienced professionals.
