Activate Performing Arts is bringing two shows by the fabulous Worldbeaters to Weymouth this September as part of We Are Weymouth’s Dusk Til Dark event. Spark! is a high-energy, live music performance featuring the percussion talents of this UK based company, which will pop up in three Weymouth locations on the evening of the Friday 27 September.
The following night, Saturday 28 September, Weymouth Esplanade will see the world premiere performance of Fireflies. This highly anticipated processional show will feature drumming, light and performers from communities across Weymouth.
Join us in Weymouth for a spellbinding world of light, music and movement and be overwhelmed by a swarm of drumming Fireflies gradually growing, rhythms pulsating and glowing with kaleidoscopic colours.
