World Book Day - Remix & DYD Performance at Weymouth Library

Sat, 14 March 2020

5:30pm – 6:30pm

FREE

Location: Weymouth Library, Great George Street, Weymouth. DT4 8NN

Join us for an hour of performance and readings, inspired by the themes of empathy, kindness, persistence and the importance of doing good; all inspired by the 2020 World Book Day book, 'Dog Man' by Dav Pilkey.

Local talent will join Activate's youth groups, Dorset Youth Dance Company and The Remix, to perform readings, monologues, short performance extracts and new works.

The evening follows on from a day of workshops at the Library (see below, must be booked separately):

The evening is FREE to attend, donations appreciated, and will last no longer than 1 hour.

Booking is preferred, with some on the door availability. If you prefer to book by phone, please call the Weymouth Library team on: 01305 762410.
