Friends of PDSW Vintage Tea Dance

Pavilion Dance South West invite you to "Bust a Groove" at its latest event, the "Friends of PDSW" Vintage Spring Tea Dance on 18 March 2017, 4-6pm. Proceeds from the event will be used to help fund the on-going work with Children and Young People through multiple projects with schools and within the community.

Guests are invited to don their best vintage wear and enjoy an afternoon of energetic swing dance and old favourites, with music provided by Swing Unlimited who will be keeping the tempo high and bringing some of the best of the 1930s, 40s and 50s. Dance taster sessions will also be given by PDSW’s resident 1940s expert Ruby Adams - and with tea and cake on the menu, it promises to be tasty too!

If you just can’t wait until the day, you can join Pavilion Dance South West on line where the charity will be sharing style ideas, hair ‘do’ tutorials and dance steps.

Tickets for the afternoon are £12 and can be booked via the Pavilion Dance South West Box office. Group rates for 10 or over are also available. Why not make a day of it? Russell Cotes Museum will be hosting their Vintage Weekend at the museum on the 18 and 19 March. You can enjoy £1 off the entrance fee when you purchase your ticket to the Pavilion Dance South West Tea Dance.
