You will be an experienced and capable team leader and manager who motivates staff to achieve the best results within a busy environment. You will be adept at dealing with multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities, equally confident in front-line customer service as you are in administration. Demonstrable experience in a busy customer facing role is essential. The Ticket Sales Manager has responsibility for managing the Ticket Sales team and all aspects of ticket sales within the venue, including staffing, administration of the ticketing/online/telephone systems and reporting. You will be responsible for the sale of tickets, line managing Ticket Office staff and coordinating with external promoters, internal stakeholders and the general public.
