An exciting opportunity has arisen to help deliver an ambitious project to improve older people's health and well-being, including those with dementia, through outdoor activities.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who is flexible enough to enjoy both outdoor working and fulfilling the admin requirements of this role.
You will be responsible for helping to deliver the Big Lottery funded Stepping Into Nature Project (the project will run until March 2020).
You will join the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) Team. The role will include promoting and delivering events, assisting with outdoor activity sessions and providing admin support.
We are looking for an exceptional team player who can 'hit the ground running', although necessary training will be provided.

This position is a fixed term opportunity until 31st March 2020 and is based at County Hall in Dorchester.
This post has a significant travel requirement and you are contractually required to have a vehicle (or transport deemed to be suitable by the County Council) available for use as required.
