Marketing and Communication Manager, TTA The Brewhouse Theatre & Arts Centre


Full-time role for minimum 2-year contract with potential to extend

£28,000 p.a. (more for exceptional candidate)

We seek a highly motivated and experienced arts Marketing and Communication Manager to develop the Brewhouse Theatre & Art Centre’s profile and audiences leading up to its ambitious redevelopment project in 2021.  Reporting directly to Chief Executive, Vanessa Lefrancois, and being part of the Senior Management Team, you will help inform and steer the company during this exciting period of transformation and cultural evolution.  You will also be responsible for designing and implementing a PR strategy to run in parallel with a Capital Fundraising Campaign.

Sharing our aspirations and vision for the future and demonstrating exceptional marketing and PR skills, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, the successful candidate will have a strong track record in growing diverse audiences and the ability to implement communication strategies that successfully engage with our broad range of stakeholders. Working with colleagues you will help to realise the Brewhouse’s artistic, social and educational aspirations and economic imperatives. A resourceful mind-set and can-do attitude alongside creative and communications skills will be essential.

You will line-manage a Marketing Officer, marketing volunteers and the Front of House Supervisor with Box Office team.

Although initially for a two-year period, there is potential for the post to be extended and developed as the company restructures and grows to inhabit the significantly developed venue in 2023.
