Bristol Old Vic is recruiting for a Head of Development. This post is responsible for the profitable delivery of the organisation's fundraising strategy, with direct responsibility for generating and maintaining income through individual and corporate membership schemes, sponsorship, and through relevant trusts and foundations.
In 2012, Bristol Old Vic completed the first phase of a £24million redevelopment project. The organisation is now part way through the fundraising for the next phase of the project which is due for completion in Spring 2018 and will see the transformation of its front of house spaces.
This exciting new post will work with the capital campaign team, the marketing team and with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure there is a smooth handover of donor management pre and post the capital redevelopment, and correct campaigns are put in place to assist the fundraising effort.
