Graduate Development Programme, BH Live

Spanning 24 months, BH Live's Graduate Programme will give you experience in all sectors of our organisation. We believe for you to become a great manager you need to know and understand all aspects of our business. Starting in our leisure sector, over a 6 month placement you will experience all the roles from Housekeeping, Customer service, Reception, Recreation Assistant including Lifeguard, to Team Leader and Duty Manager.

Moving to our Venues and Events team for the next 6 months you will see how conferences, exhibitions and shows are delivered by getting involved behind the scenes with the Technical team, Operations team and the Event Sales team.

Hospitality is a large strand of our business, and you will fine tune your customer service skills during the third 6 month placement working initially as a Barista, and then moving to team leader, helping to deliver some of our large scale hospitality events. Finally you will have opportunity to work in the support services teams including HR, Marketing, Sales, or Facilities for the final 6 month placement.

Using your learning and understanding of our business you will be given a business project to research and present to the Executive team with your recommendations.

You will receive a combination of vocational and in house training to support your continued professional development worth approx £12,000.

This is a 2 year fixed term contract to provide you with a great foundation in management and give you the opportunity to apply for any positions available with us as the end of the programme.
