You will lead on financial management, governance and operations, HR and fundraising, working closely with the Artistic Director CEO.
We offer flexible working, with a split between our lovely venue overlooking the sea in Bournemouth, and remote working.
Salary range £37,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
Full time - 37.5 hours per week
