£19,554- £21,166 p.a (plus Local Government Pension Scheme).

Highcliffe Castle is a magnificent Grade 1 listed building situated in the heart of Dorset. The castle is a leading events and weddings venue located on the South coast; which successfully operates alongside the heritage/tourism element of the business. We have a small team of staff employed by Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP) which is supported by over 100 dedicated volunteers.
Applications are invited for this exciting post at Highcliffe Castle. The successful applicant will join the weddings and events team to support the extensive programme of ceremonies, receptions, concerts, functions and events.
Previous experience in events, weddings or hospitality is essential as are strong customer service skills. The applicant must be able to work late evenings and weekends on a regular basis.
Highcliffe Castle is owned and operated by BCP Council and the post holder will be responsible to the Highcliffe Castle Events & Weddings Team Leader.
