Theatre Bristol is looking to appoint an Arts Assistant to benefit from on-the-job training in arts administration and producing theatre.
Theatre Bristol’s role is to work with the theatre community and others to create the best conditions for excellent live performance to be made and experienced in Bristol. We understand “theatre” in the broadest possible terms: from circus to dance to script-based plays, and everything in between.
We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic Arts Assistant to work with our General Manager and Producing Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to pursue a career in arts administration or as a Theatre Producer to gain crucial knowledge, skills, experience and contacts.
The successful candidate will work with the General Manager on company administration & finance management, event management, website management; and with the producing team on artist development and producing projects.
