Inside Out Dorset has been bringing extraordinary events to extraordinary places across Dorset since 2007. The festival will be returning from 14 – 23 September 2018 and full details of what will be happening and where will be revealed shortly. This year, we are crowdfunding for the Festival for the first time. In order to continue producing high-quality, primarily free events, as well as run our extensive outreach and participation programmes, we are hoping to raise a total of £10,000. Crowdfunding means that our audiences and partners can truly play a part in creating the Festival, but we’re also offering some fantastic rewards to say thank you, from mentions in our programme to front row seats at our opening event.
WHAT YOUR SUPPORT WILL HELP US DELIVER
- Beautiful performance and installation works that will reach thousands of people in urban and rural locations across the county.
- Outreach work with hospitals, school children, mental health service users and others who may not usually have access to high-quality artistic experiences.
- In 2016, 23,000 people attended events and over 1100 took part in our extensive outreach activities.
We believe that the arts are for everyone and are always working to remove barriers to participation, including keeping most events free to access. But we need the help of the community to continue this work!
