Join renowned music-makers, Drake Music in Radipole Park Gardens and immerse yourself in the magic and mystery of music and nature with Planted Symphony an interactive audio trail app.
Bring your headphones, download the app and listen as sounds, songs and stories intertwine as you meander through Radipole Park Gardens and feel it come alive as you discover some hidden surprises.

Friday 24th September, Saturday 25th September and Sunday 26th September, each day between 12.30pm and 5.30pm (last entry 4.45pm)

For D/deaf and hard of hearing audiences there will be subpacs available which translate sound into vibration and over-ear headphones which are compatible with hearing aids. The last loan of subpacs will be at 4.15pm for the last tour each day. Planted Symphony was commissioned and developed by Drake Music in partnership with Arts & Gardens. It is produced and presented by Drake Music.

This work will take place on hard-standing, wide tarmac paths with installations on firm grass lawns. There will be walking involved between installations, and there is seating available within vicinity

This work uses a mobile phone app and headphones – please bring your device and headphones, and if possible download the Echoes app (www.echoes.xyz). The app includes BSL and captioned videos. There will be a small number of different types of headphones & mobile phones available, along with a SUBPAC to borrow. There will also be a mobile hearing loop.
