This is an invitation to participate in the winter/spring phase of this project on 

Sundays 26 February and 31st of March

Artists, Louise Pack, Moving Image, Michael Mitchell, choreography.

Dance drama for camera cast against a spectacular natural setting encourages us to engage with nature in a creative partnership.

Overview

Explore a journey into the microclimate of an injured man lying by the side of the road as he regains consciousness. Looks at the social shift in attitude towards a body changed by injury. The piece implies that deepening the connection with nature allows us to transcend limitations.

Methods 

Butoh technique, contemplative movement.

 What I want you to do is come as a movement artist with some 
creative input into the themes.

 What I will do is draw up some themes and get them to you in advance, some of which will repeat work previously explored.

 What we want to achieve is brief bites of the work to suggest the feel of the piece and how it will be handled, so that funders and sponsors could ‘buy’ into it. 

 What I can put on the table

Bursary for students and low-waged: £10 to cover expenses and travel costs.

Where

this piece is site-specific and film location is the green East Knoyle Wiltshire. 

Pick up stations for rail travellers will be Warminster, Wilts / Gillingham, Dorset
