AHSW is pleased to announce the launch of the Arts & Health South West Awards sponsored by the Fine Family Foundation.

There are 3 categories of Awards:

• An arts and heath project delivered in the South West during 2011, submitted by a health organisation.
• An arts and heath project delivered in the South West during 2011, submitted by an arts organisation.
• An individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the field of arts and health in the South West during 2011

The prizes for each category are:

• £4000 for a health organisation
• £4000 for an arts organisation
• £1000 for an individual

Deadlines:
Applications must refer to work all or partly delivered during 2011
The deadline for applications is March 30th 2012
The Awards will be presented at M Shed in Bristol on June 27th 2012
